Hi, I am Colin
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, Executive, and Life Coach as well as a trained Happiness Coach, Mindfulness Coach & Spiritual Leader/Facilitator. More importantly, I resonate with people from all walks of life, I have a genuine interest in seeing people do better in life & would love to assist you on your journey in life.
I have had honourable careers in law enforcement, engineering, and information security as an employee, manager, associate college lecturer, teacher, and CEO. Throughout the last 25 years, I've had a huge passion for psychology, mind body, and spirit. I've been in charge of wellness programs for large billion-dollar companies within my sector as well as assisting thousands of people both professionally and personally throughout my life.
This drive to learn and help others has allowed me to assist people along my way by empowering them to find their own strengths & gather the confidence that they have within them. The key is within you, my job is to show you this spark of creativity and skill you may not know you have and then guide you along your path to your best life.
